In April 2015, Cogito Group sponsored the inaugural <hs.hact.io>.
We had 3 staff members attend the event as mentors to Canberra high school students to teach them how to code.

On Saturday 30th May Richard Brown, CEO, and Bernadette Brown, Marketing Manager, announced the winners for their category at the awards ceremony. The winning teams were the following: Challenger, Wallet Mate and HuntPro.
Wallet Mate also won ‘Best pitch video’, second prize for ‘Best Mobile App’ and won the ‘People’s choice award’
Richard Brown congratulated all the entrants who put in a lot of time and effort on these pitches. “We enjoyed seeing how enthusiastic everyone was in their pitch videos. We hope they can continue to generate great ideas and eventually turn them into successful start-ups”
