A successful AIIA summit

On Tuesday 8th March 2016, Cogito Group were proud sponsors of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) Navigating Privacy and Security Summit.

Held at the National Convention Centre in Canberra, Cogito Group enjoyed being part of a panel discussion around ‘Privacy, Security and Identity in an always on world’

We heard from great speakers throughout the day and enjoyed networking with other innovative ICT players and State and Federal Government representatives.

In the evening Cogito Group attended the AIIA Summit dinner at the picturesque Gandel Hall at the National Gallery of Australia.  We heard from guest speakers, Adrian Turner, CEO of Data61 at CSIRO and Santiago Gutierrez, Chairman of the WITSA Board. They reflected on the discussions of the day and offered their thoughts on privacy and security on a national and international scale.

Congratulations to AIIA for putting on a great conference and we look forward to the AIIA summit in 2017.
